Featured! Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes


     My Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes post was featured for receiving the most "clicks" at Gods Growing Garden!

     The recipe I used was inspired by this one at Nutmeg Nanny.

     Brandy's recipe is "Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce."   I used Brandy's recipe for the pancakes (plus one tablespoon of lemon juice) and then instead of making the sauce I folded the blueberries into the batter.
     Now I want to try her recipe for Grilled Peaches with Brown Sugar Sauce.  Yum!
